Does anyone know of a charitable/government organization to help people who can't afford dental care?

I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a charitable or even government that helps people that can't afford dental care?

I don't know of any, but I live in a town with a dental school and their rates are very affordable. This could be an option for you.
