Recovering from a eatting disorder, Bulimia. Acid ate away at the teeth. Medicaid want help in my case. Need cosmetic help.

If you live in Wisconsin DDS Donated dental services. Other states have low income, free clinics. Dental schools have programs. Check with the Dental Society in your state to find information and also social workers may be able to direct you for help. Good luck.
