Is there anything a dentist can coat your teeth with to make them stronger?

I’m quite a skinny person and because I have small bones in general, my teeth are not that strong. I want to stop them from chipping but is there anything a dentist can coat them in to make them stronger?

Fluoride remineralizes your teeth and makes enamel less suceptible to decay. Enamel doesn't grow back, though

My teeth have grown tremendously stronger since we switched to Raw Milk.
In fact, all of the enamel that has worn off over the years has grown back. My dentist is going to faint when he sees my teeth, especially the cavity that is healing on its own.
    It helps the bones to.
We also take High vitamin Butter Oil
